Tua signed with the Atlanta Falcons, and former Packers backup quarterback Malik Willis will take over the reins as the Dolphins’ new quarterback. Willis wasn’t the only transplant to make the leap from the frozen tundra to South Florida. The Dolphins also hired Jon-Eric Sullivan as their new general manager and head coach Jeff Hafley gave the Dolphins a Green Bay-flavored reset, with Sullivan coming from the Packers’ front office and Hafley arriving after serving as Green Bay’s defensive coordinator. The pair has emphasized alignment, toughness, and building a more sustainable winning culture in Miami. (miamidolphins.com)
