Miami’s coworking market has grown crowded enough that ranking it has become its own small industry. A 2026 review of the city’s flexible office scene by DropDesk, which evaluated 40 coworking operators across Miami based on Google ratings and review volume, offers one of the more data-driven looks at how the city’s spaces stack up against each other, and it shows a market where Brickell’s finance-district operators still dominate the top spots, but Wynwood’s creative-industry spaces are holding their own further down the list.
Here’s how the top 10 shook out, and where Mindspace’s two Miami locations landed.
1. Quest Workspaces – 2525 Ponce, Coral Gables
Quest Workspaces’ Coral Gables location topped the list with a perfect 5.0 rating across 451 reviews, the largest review base of any space on the ranking. Quest operates several Miami-area locations, and its scale appears to be part of what’s driving consistently high review volume across its portfolio.
2. Quest Workspaces – 1395 Brickell Avenue
Quest’s Brickell location placed second with a 5.0 rating from 304 reviews, reinforcing the operator’s strength in Miami’s traditional financial district.
3. Quest Workspaces – One Biscayne Tower
A third Quest Workspaces location, this one in Downtown Miami’s One Biscayne Tower, rounded out the top three with a 5.0 rating from 285 reviews.
4. Quest Workspaces – 777 Brickell Avenue
Quest’s fourth appearance in the top five came from its 777 Brickell Avenue location, rated 4.9 from 290 reviews, making Quest Workspaces the single most represented operator among Miami’s highest-ranked spaces.
5. 401 Coworking Space Miami
Breaking Quest’s run at the top, 401 Coworking Space posted a 5.0 rating across 103 reviews, a smaller but still substantial review base for an independent operator.
6. Mindspace Downtown Miami
Mindspace’s Biscayne Boulevard location came in at No. 6 with a 5.0 rating from 96 reviews. The space opened in 2023 as Mindspace’s second Miami address, occupying more than 31,000 square feet across three floors with views of Biscayne Bay, and it’s now rated on par with several of the higher-volume operators ahead of it on the list.
7. Quest Workspaces – Miami Tower
Quest’s fifth appearance in the top 10 came via its Miami Tower location, also posting a 5.0 rating, this time from 82 reviews.
8. CoSuite
CoSuite’s Brickell location matched Quest Miami Tower’s numbers exactly: a 5.0 rating from 82 reviews, making it one of the more tightly bunched entries in the middle of the list.
9. The LAB Miami
Wynwood’s original coworking space, open since 2012, placed ninth with a 4.6 rating across 169 reviews, the second-largest review volume of any space in the top 10 after the Coral Gables Quest location. The LAB’s longevity in the neighborhood appears to be reflected in its review count even as its rating sits slightly below the spaces ranked above it.
10. Mindspace Wynwood
Mindspace’s original Miami location, in the heart of the Wynwood Arts District, closed out the top 10 with a 4.8 rating from 96 reviews, matching its Downtown Miami counterpart’s review volume almost exactly.
What the Rankings Show About Miami’s Coworking Market
A few patterns stand out. Quest Workspaces’ five appearances in the top 10 reflect an operator with both scale and consistency across multiple Miami neighborhoods, from Coral Gables to Brickell to Downtown. Independent and boutique operators like 401 Coworking Space and CoSuite show that smaller review bases can still support top-tier ratings. And Wynwood’s two representatives, The LAB Miami and Mindspace, demonstrate that the neighborhood’s creative-industry identity translates into a genuine coworking presence rather than just a handful of scattered desks.
Mindspace’s appearance in two of the top 10 spots, one in the traditional business corridor of Downtown Miami and one in the arts-district environment of Wynwood, reflects a broader trend in Miami’s coworking growth: flexible office operators expanding beyond a single neighborhood to serve both the finance and creative sides of the city’s business community. Real estate data cited in a 2026 Miami office market report from workspace marketplace Upflex shows flexible space now accounts for a meaningfully larger share of the city’s total office inventory than it did before 2020, a shift that’s been driven in part by exactly this kind of multi-neighborhood expansion among established operators.
For businesses weighing where to set up in Miami, the rankings suggest the decision increasingly comes down to neighborhood fit as much as brand. A Brickell-based finance team and a Wynwood-based creative agency are likely to land in very different corners of this list, and both now have well-reviewed options waiting for them.
