Florida Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna Anna Paulina Luna defeated Democratic opponent Whitney Fox, 54.9% to 45.1% in Florida Congressional District 13.

Luna, who has established a reputation as a firebrand young conservative, won in a district that was considered to be the state’s most competitive congressional race. Considered by many to be a rising star in the GOP, Luna’s ability to win independent votes in a purple district will add to her resume if she chooses to pursue higher offices in the future.
