Florida Prepaid Introduces More Flexible, Affordable College Plan Options

With college costs continuing to rise, this week, Florida families can protect their budgets and secure their children’s future with the Florida Prepaid program.

The Florida Prepaid College Board opens its annual Open Enrollment period, offering plans that start at just $29 per month — guaranteed by the State of Florida.

This year’s enrollment season introduces major enhancements that make saving for education easier than ever.

The plans can be used for state colleges, universities, and technical programs, giving students and their families more options and more affordability than ever before.

Predictable Costs: Lock in tuition and fees at today’s rates, protecting against future increases

Flexibility: Use at in-state, out-of-state, and private colleges — plus technical and career programs

Security: Every plan is guaranteed by the State of Florida

Long usage window: Families have up to 10 years after high school graduation to use the plan
