New data reveals the top ten most Instagram-worthy spots in Florida. And according to Florida’s official state travel, tourism, and vacation website Visit Florida, the number one Instagram-worthy spot in the state is the Everglades National Park, amassing 870,000 hashtags.

Instagram posts were analyzed based on hashtags mentioning the most aesthetically pleasing parks, lakes, forests, and other natural attractions in Florida’s most scenic areas, to determine which areas are the most beautiful.
The most popular beauty spot in Florida was the Everglades National Park with 870,000 posts. The Everglades make up 1.5 million acres of wetlands that include boardwalk trails where visitors can photograph mangroves and hundreds of animal species.
Crystal River ranks second with 157,000 Instagram posts. Crystal River offers the unique experience of being one of the few places in the world where visitors can swim with manatees. In addition to snorkeling with manatees, visitors can also kayak on the river.

The third-most Instagram-worthy spot is Dry Tortugas National Park with 87,100 posts. Dry Tortugas National Park is the most remote part of the Florida Keys and is only accessible by boat or seaplane. Visitors can enjoy the historic Fort Jefferson, remote beaches, and coral reefs.
Lake Okeechobee ranks fourth with 48,800 Instagram posts. Primarily known for being the biggest freshwater lake in Florida, Lake Okeechobee is also known for its large alligator population.
The fifth-most Instagram-worthy spot is Bahia Honda State Park with 48,300 posts. Located in the Florida Keys, Bahia Honda State Park boasts sandy beaches and clear water for visitors to enjoy kayaking, snorkeling, and boat trips to a coral reef.
Blue Spring State Park ranks sixth with 26,400 Instagram posts. Located in Volusia County, Blue Spring State Park attracts tourists who want to enjoy fishing, camping, hiking, canoeing, and scuba diving. The park also attracts manatees during the winter, due to the spring’s warm temperature.
The seventh-most Instagram-worthy spot is Biscayne National Park with 20,100 posts. Biscayne National Park includes Biscayne Bay and offshore barrier reefs. The park is home to one of the largest coral reefs in the world, a mangrove forest, islands, and many endangered species.

Big Cypress National Preserve follows with 18,900 posts. Big Cypress is known for its mix of swamps, prairies, and forests adjacent to the Everglades. Visitors often photograph its alligators, wading birds, and cypress trees along the boardwalk trails.
