Free Market Group Slams Kamala Harris Florida Visit

Vice President Kamala Harris visited the state this week to push the pro-abortion amendment on the Florida ballot this year. Democrats see it as an opportunity to win the state, but with recent polls showing the economy’s number one issue, they may have a tough time.

While the Biden administration wanted to talk about abortion, Americans For Prosperity showed up to protest her rally. Their topic wasn’t abortion, instead it was “Bidenonmics.”

Americans for Prosperity-Florida (AFP-FL) State Director Skylar Zander said regarding the Vice President’s visit to Jacksonville, “Amid rising inflation and gas prices in Jacksonville and all of Florida, AFP-FL would like to see President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris address their disastrous top-down economic approach and the adverse effects of ‘Bidenomics’ on both the city and the state. These policies have led to double mortgage rates and financially strained Jacksonville residents.

“Bidenomics is hitting American families hard; no one should face the dilemma of choosing between putting food on the table, cooling their home, or obtaining essential medication for their loved ones. The enduring consequences of the government’s excessive spending have cast a shadow over the financial well-being of Jacksonville, Florida, and America for years to come, and the VP should address this issue at the top of many Floridians minds,” Said Zander
