ICE Arrests Alleged MS-13 Gang Member in Orlando Following Standoff

ORLANDO, Fla. — Federal immigration authorities arrested an alleged MS-13 gang member during a targeted operation at a home in the Orlando area.

According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the individual, who is not a lawful permanent U.S. resident, was taken into custody after barricading himself inside the residence. The arrest was part of an enforcement action aimed at individuals suspected of gang affiliations and immigration violations.

Agents identified the suspect as a member of MS-13, an international criminal organization with roots in California and a history of violent activity across multiple countries.

The Florida Highway Patrol assisted ICE agents during the operation, helping secure the area and bring the standoff to a safe conclusion. Authorities have not yet released the suspect’s name or further details about the charges he may face.
