NRA Endorsements for Candidates Across Florida
The Nation Rifle Association just released its endorsements and grades for Florida candidates running in the August 20th primary.
DeSantis: “No Pro-Hamas Protesting In My State”
At a press conference last week, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said that pro-Hamas protesters and those who want to perform acts of vandalism would not be tolerated in the state. DeSantis also mentioned proposing legislation that could revoke visas for agitators involved in anti-American activities.
Poll On Marijuana Amendment 3
Polling firm the Tyson Group found that support for the amendment has slightly dropped but not by much. According to the survey, 64% of Florida voters support the amendment, with 27% opposing it.
Even with the small decline in support, it still passes that 60% benchmark threshold required to become law.
Previous polls from the University of North Florida from last November showed 67% of Florida voters supported the passage of the amendment, and just recently, in June of this year, a Fox News poll found 66% of voters in favor of legalizing marijuana in the state.
