Orlando’s Mall at Millennia Expansion to Add More Luxury Brands, 66,000 Square Feet

The Mall at Millenia, a premier upscale destination located off Interstate 4 in Orlando, is entering an exciting growth phase. As Central Florida’s definitive luxury retail hub, it is expanding with an additional 66,000 square feet of high-end retail space. This development significantly enhances the mall’s impressive footprint of over 1.1 million square feet and is poised to elevate the shopping experience for both locals and visitors.

This expansion will introduce eight new luxury brands and renovations to six existing stores, reinforcing the mall’s reputation as a fashion-forward and trendsetting destination. The initiative highlights the commitment of The Forbes Company and Taubman Company to attract exclusive retailers and redefine the local shopping landscape.

Recent additions include internationally acclaimed labels such as Balenciaga, Gorjana, and Tecovas, each offering unique lines ranging from avant-garde fashion to artisanal jewelry and handcrafted Western footwear. This signals a fresh and diverse luxury portfolio designed to cater to evolving style preferences and broaden the mall’s appeal.

In conjunction with the new store openings, several existing boutiques are undergoing modernization. Notable brands like Aritzia, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton are expanding their spaces to deliver improved experiences and immersive brand environments. Additionally, Aldo, Tory Burch, and David Yurman are being relocated and renovated to enhance layout and design. Popular brands such as American Eagle are also refreshing their presence.

The transformation is not limited to fashion alone. New lifestyle and experiential destinations—such as Alo Yoga, Marc Jacobs, and the gourmet Rosetta Bakery—have recently opened or are set to open soon, broadening the mall’s offerings to include wellness apparel, contemporary design, and artisanal dining. Ferragamo has also moved to a prime location with a refreshed layout.
