Veteran Jacksonville Dentist Harvey R. Levin Trashes ‘Tooth Fairy’

The ill-fated and controversial “Operation Tooth Fairy” case, launched under suspicious circumstances by the office of Florida CFO Jimmy Patronis, received its fourth and fatal rejection by prosecutors when the Attorney General’s Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) refused to bring charges against anyone. However, the Florida Board of Dentistry has yet to officially clear Jacksonville Dentist Dr. Howard Fetner. In an interview with Emmy-award winning television journalist Mike Deeson, Dr. Fetner’s fellow dentist and father-in-law, Dr. Harvey R. (Ron) Levin, discusses why the board should turn its focus to the actions of its chair, Dr. Jose Mellado, who is a party in a civil case that involves Dr. Fetner.
