Poll Shows 48% of US Voters Believe Country On Right Track

Recently released polling data from Rasmussen Reports revealed that 48%) of Likely U.S. Voters think the country is heading in the right direction, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey for the week ending February 20, 2025.

“This week’s finding is up seven points from a week ago,” Rasmussen Reports stated. “This is the first full week in the historical data for Right Direction that reports a net positive.”

At this point in 2024, President, only 29% said the United States was heading in the right direction, while 65% said it was on the wrong track.

The national telephone survey of 1,991 U.S. Likely Voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports from February 16-20, 2025. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 2 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
