Rick Scott Announces Changes in Communications Team in Senate Office

On Wednesday, U.S. Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., announced the promotions of Clare Lattanze to Deputy Communications Director and Madeline Holzmann to Press Secretary.

Scott also announced the appointment of Hannah Payne as Digital Director and Juan Arias as Speechwriter. Rosa Perez and McKinley Lewis will continue in their roles as Hispanic Press Secretary and Communications Director, respectively.

“Clare Lattanze has been part of my team since I was Governor of Florida, where she started as an intern in my communications office. She works hard every day and her promotion to Deputy Communications Director is a testament to her dedication to our team and serving our great state of Florida. I am also proud to announce the appointment of Madeline Holzmann as Press Secretary, Hannah Payne as Digital Director and Juan Arias as Speechwriter. I am confident that I have the best communications team in Washington, and I am proud of the hard work that each of these individuals do every day in service to Florida families,” Scott said.

After two terms as governor, Scott defeated U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla., who was running for a fourth term in 2018. Scott is expected to run for reelection in 2024.
