Rick Scott Takes Aim at Joe Biden as Reelection Campaign Starts

With President Joe Biden officially kicking of his reelection bid last week, U.S. Sen. Rick Scott, R-Fla., who is up for a second term next year, took aim at the president.

“Joe Biden’s presidency has been a disaster. Inflation is out of control, the border is in chaos, and America is weaker on the world stage after Biden’s botched Afghanistan withdrawal. Even after all these failures, Joe Biden is asking Americans to let him ‘finish the job.’ We’ve all seen the job Joe Biden has done as president – we can’t afford to let Joe Biden finish it,” Scott’s team announced.

Scott launched a new video targeting Biden.

“Floridians are struggling to keep up with rising prices while Joe Biden and Democrats waste away their tax dollars. They’ve seen a humanitarian and national security crisis overtake the Southern Border. They have watched Joe Biden embarrass us on the world stage and leave thousands of Americans stranded in Afghanistan. Florida – and America – literally can’t afford to let Joe Biden finish the disastrous job he’s doing as president. The nation would be much better off if Biden retired early,” Scott said.
