Study Reveals Long John Silvers’ as National Chain with Lowest Ranking in Florida

A new study has revealed the food chains in America that received the worst customer reviews.

Customer ratings from over 200 restaurants on TripAdvisor were analyzed to identify those with the lowest ratings. Those with the lowest average scores were deemed the worst-rated food chains in the United States.

Nationwide, KFC tops the list as the worst-rated food chain. According to TripAdvisor, customers say that they received “bad service, bad food” and “very poor management attitude”.

McDonald’s is in second place. Taking third place is Burger King. Reviews claim that the restaurant had “no variety” and “the floors were greasy and slick”.

Church’s Texas Chicken is in fourth place. Fifth place is claimed by Long John Silver’s, where customers complained of “horrible food” and claimed their visit was “a complete waste of time.”

Taco Bueno is in sixth place. The food chain in seventh place is Taco Bell. Reviews stated that customers “would not come again” and the restaurant “messed up the food”.

Hardee’s takes eighth place. “This place is a disaster”, whilst another said the food was “hard and burnt, said some customer reviews.

Lastly, in joint ninth place are Pizza Hut and Sonic Drive-In.

In Florida, Long John Silver’s has the lowest ratings according to Floridians.

Long John Silver’s had the lowest ratings of any chain from Floridians. Long John Silver’s received an average customer rating of 2.60 out of 5. However, this was closely followed by chicken chain Popeyes, where Floridians gave the chain an average rating of 2.98 out of 5 and then Red Robin with 2.99 out of 5.
