TripAdvisor Ranks Miami #2 in Nation for Thrill Seekers

A new study has identified the best U.S. city for thrill-seekers, with Miami ranking second. Conducted by the student travel company Rustic Pathways, the study examined the 100 most populated cities in the United States and assessed 16 thrilling activities to determine which city offers the most activities per 100,000 residents.

Honolulu, Hawaii, is the top city for thrill-seekers, boasting 60.57 activities per 100,000 residents. In Honolulu, adventurers can choose from 42 different 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours.

Miami, Florida, comes in second with 42.94 activities per 100,000 residents. The city offers 34 different 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours, making them the most abundant option.

Las Vegas, Nevada, ranks third, featuring 40.84 activities per 100,000 residents. Here, 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours are also a major attraction, with a total of 147 tours available.

Orlando, Florida, is in fourth place with 28.16 activities per 100,000 residents. The most popular option in this city is kayaking and canoeing, with 21 tours offered.

Rounding out the top five is Scottsdale, Arizona, which has 24.27 activities per 100,000 residents. This city primarily offers bike tours, with 19 options available for thrill-seekers.
