President Donald Trump announced his intention to headline rallies for gubernatorial candidate Byron Donalds. Trump endorsed Donalds more than a year ago, before Donalds has officially declared his candidacy in the Republican primary election.
Last week, Donalds’ campaign made national headlines after it removed multiple references to Trump from the campaign website.
In a Truth Social post,Trump scoffed at the media coverage, then asserted that his support in Florida is stronger than it was in the 2024 election. He also announced his plans to join rallies.
