Aaron Bean Hears About Inflation, China, Privacy Concerns at Town Hall Event in Nassau County

This week, U.S. Rep. Aaron Bean, R-Fla., kicked off the August work period with an in-person town hall at the Hilliard Town Hall facility in Nassau County.

During the event, Bean provided legislative and district updates, and took questions and feedback from participants in real-time.

“It is important to me, and to my office, that we are always available and working to help the great folks of the Fourth District,” said Bean. “By proactively going out into the community, I hope to not only provide aid to those in need of assistance but create an opportunity for conversation. Keeping an open dialogue with folks allows me to hear their concerns about significant issues facing our communities and to best represent those perspectives in Washington.”

“Residents from across Nassau County were in attendance and questions ranged from countering China’s malign influence to privacy concerns, but the issue of skyrocketing inflation drew the most interest,” the congressman’s office noted. “Also in attendance were members of Congressman Bean’s district team to assist individuals with casework and open inquiries on their behalf.”
