First Space Coast Key Lime Pie Festival Set for Jan. 19-21 in Viera

The first Space Coast Key Lime Pie Festival will bring a family-friendly weekend event to Viera, Fla on January 19-21, 2024, at Space Coast Daily Park, next to Viera High School.

“The festival will be a fun outdoor celebration and unforgettable,” said Giles Malone, partner of Space Coast Daily. “We’re pleased to offer a full two days of culinary events for every taste, including favorites like the Key Lime Cocktail Sip and Stroll, live music, terrific international food court, and Florida Key Lime Pie by the slice, bowl or delicious, whole pie. Florida is known as the birthplace of Key Lime Pie.”

Festival-goers can enter a Key Lime Pie Eating Contest, sponsored by Fishlips Waterfront Bar & Grill. In addition to the savory and sweet food offerings, a country music icon will be performing a live concert on the opening night of the festival. Space Coast Daily is inviting all Veterans and current military members, along with their immediate family members, free of charge to a patriotic concert and festival experience with famous Country music singer Lee Greenwood on January 19, during the festival’s opening night.

All Veterans and military members and their immediate family will be admitted free of charge into the Lee Greenwood concert and festival on Friday, Jan. 19. Veterans just need to show their valid ID for the free offer. A fireworks display will celebrate the U.S.A will follow the concert.

“Tom and I feel compelled to honor and thank our veterans for their service,” Malone said. “Our concert with Lee Greenwood will be a way in which we will show our heartfelt appreciation for the sacrifices that our veterans and their family members have made. And as our veteran’s immediate family members also sacrifice so much, the spouse and children of the attending veteran will also be admitted at no charge.”
