GAS PRICES
Around 77% of registered voters blame President Trump for the high cost of gas. That includes 55% of GOP voters, 95% percent of Democrats, and 82% of independents.
2026 MIDTERMS
Recent polling from Fox News shows a closer margin, but Democrats are in the lead to control Congress by 52%-47%.
REPUBLICANS vs DEMOCRATS ON KEY ISSUES
The GOP gets a thumbs up by voters on border security by 16 points. Crime and immigration plus 8 and 6-points on national security
On healthcare, Democrats lead by 21 points. Inflation by 8 and up over the Republicans on the economy by 4-points.
The top issues for voters are inflation and the economy, which includes the cost of living
73% said the economy is in bad shape, and 70% said they feel it is getting worse. That is up from 55% in April of 2025 when voters were asked the same question.
TOP CONCERNS OF COST OF LIVING
62% said groceries, 60% said gas, 55% said healthcare, and 52% said housing.
President Trump’s approval rating is 42%, with 58% disapproving.
WHO’S MORE PUMPED ABOUT THE 2026 ELECTION?
Democrats. 68% are “extremely” motivated to cast a ballot in this year’s midterms. Only 60% od republican voters felt the same.
WAR WITH IRAN
That number has ticked up a little. In March, only 42% supported military use, but that number is now at 45%.
THE BASE IN BOTH PARTIES UNHAPPY
61% of Democrats and Republicans said their party is currently focusing on the wrong issues.
Overall, most U.S. voters hold both parties in contempt.
Only 42% has a positive view of the Republican and Democratic parties, with 58% holding an unfavorable opinion.
