ORLANDO, Fla. — Allegiant Air is expanding service to Central Florida with four new nonstop routes serving Orlando International Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport beginning in February 2027. The flights are part of nine new routes announced by the airline for the spring travel season.
Allegiant will launch new year-round service between Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Orlando International Airport on Feb. 12, 2027. The airline said introductory one-way fares on the route will start as low as $49.
Orlando Sanford International Airport will also gain seasonal service from Grand Forks, North Dakota, beginning Feb. 10. The route will operate through April 17, 2027, with introductory one-way fares starting at $69.
Two additional routes will connect Orlando Sanford with the Northeast during the peak spring travel period. Allegiant plans nonstop flights from Boston Logan International Airport from Feb. 13 through April 24 and from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport in Providence from Feb. 13 through April 25.
Allegiant Chief Commercial Officer Drew Wells said the new routes are designed to give travelers additional options during high-demand leisure travel periods. The Las Vegas-based carrier specializes in nonstop service connecting smaller and mid-sized markets with major vacation destinations.
The Orlando-area expansion is part of a broader push into Florida that includes new spring flights serving Fort Lauderdale, Punta Gorda, Sarasota and St. Pete-Clearwater. Tickets for the newly announced routes are already available through Allegiant, although schedules and fares are subject to change.
