Poll: 63% Say America is on Wrong Track

According to a new survey by Rasmussen Reports, sixty-three percent of likely voters believe the nation is headed down the wrong track, 32% think the country is heading in the right direction, and the rest remain unsure.

A year ago at this time, 35% said the United States was heading in the right direction, while 59% said it was on the wrong track.

The national telephone survey of 1,821 U.S. likely voters was conducted by Rasmussen Reports from March 24-28, 2024. The margin of sampling error for the survey is +/- 2 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence.
