Fox News host Sean Hannity made international headlines this week after it was revealed that he purchased a massive waterfront home in South Florida. The $23.5 million estate is located along an aisle of land in Manalapan, which is within Palm Beach County.
Hannity, 62, recently purchased the megamansion 10 months after announcing his permanent relocation from New York to Florida. The Fox News host, who also has a national radio show, shared in January his decision to move to his property in Palm Beach, where he plans to record both his TV and radio broadcasts.
Prior to this most recent purchase, Hannity bought a 3,800-square-foot Florida condo home in 2021 for $5.3 million, but had only used it as a vacation spot until deciding to “leave New York for good” in pursuit of his “freedom.”
