Trump Officials Blame Media and FBI of Leaking Deportation Raids

Hundreds of law enforcement agencies nationwide came together to crack down on illegals looking to deport them out of the country, but that didn’t happen.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said they were ready to round up and deport hundreds of illegals, but instead, only a handful were arrested

Border Czar Tom Hom blamed on leaks by local media. “Anyone who stifles the agency’s ability to get dangerous criminals off the streets will be held accountable,” said Homan.

ICE officers went door-to-door at certain apartments expecting to make arrests but instead found empty spaces.

ICE officials are also blaming local activists for aiding illegals. One border patrol officer said local groups are moving illegals around to throw off ICE agents and telling immigrants not to answer their doors.

However, the media wasn’t the only one to be criticized for leaks; DHS Secretary Noem believed it came from cops inside the FBI.

Noem said they are cooked deep-state agents in the agency. “The FBI is so corrupt,” said Noem.

In the state of Florida, leaks on potential raids aren’t new. Jamie Copenhaver, who was a member of the Orange County Swat team and co-task force member of the FBI, says leaks on upcoming arrests are more likely to come from inside.

“I’ve been on operations where we had the media embedded with us, and we found out that one of the news crew members leaked information to an area where we were ready to serve a bunch of search warrants. Does it happen, yes,” said Copenhaver.

Copenhaver also agreed with DHS Sec. Noem that it was possible for some FBI holdovers from the Obama and Biden administrations to have leaked about the possible raids.
